Prior to Neobric, Mahendra helped set up captive centers in India for IT and ITES enterprises like ADP, Acuma, St. Croix Systems and Ixia.
Rinku comes with 15 years of qualitative experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Business Consulting, Stakeholder Management, Branding & Operations. Prior to Neobric she was the founder of Recroit Consulting Solutions an HR & IT Services company that was well awarded & appreciated by its clients for its qualitative & customer-centric approach. She was instrumental in maintaining a single DNA system among the team in Recroit that yielded highly productive & efficient results.
Whether sourcing talent for the company, or managing it's corporate affairs, Janardhan brings about 18 years of HR Training and Operational setup experience. Prior to Neobric, Janardhan setup the highly acknowledged Unique Identity Processing Centers for AADHAAR across 11 states in the country, with the help of about 800 strong workforce. He comes with hands on leadership style and building cohesive teams. As the Director of Corporate Affairs he also handles all the financial, legal and compliance functions for Neobric
